By accessing or using Byeasily ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Description

Byeasily is a listing and lead-generation marketplace that connects buyers with home creators offering handmade items and homemade food. The Platform does not sell products directly, does not process food orders or payments, and does not handle delivery.

3. User Roles

Buyers: Users who browse listings and contact sellers for purchases.
Sellers: Users who create listings for their products or services.
Administrators: Platform staff who manage and moderate the marketplace.

4. Food Listing Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Byeasily only provides a listing platform for homemade food. Food preparation, pricing, delivery, compliance with food safety regulations, and payment processing are entirely the seller's responsibility. Byeasily is not liable for any food-related issues, health concerns, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their products
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Handle all customer transactions directly
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and permits where required
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully with sellers
  • Conduct all transactions directly with sellers
  • Verify product details and seller credentials independently
  • Accept that Byeasily is not responsible for the quality of products

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Sell illegal products or services
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass platform security measures

8. Subscription and Fees

Byeasily offers various subscription plans for sellers. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and terms of your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Byeasily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, transactions between users, or any content posted by users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
