This agreement contains important information about your responsibilities as a seller on Byeasily. Please read it carefully before registering as a seller.

1. Seller Requirements

By becoming a seller on Byeasily, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Have the legal right to sell your products or services
Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Possess any required licenses or permits for your business

2. Product Listings

Sellers must:

Provide accurate descriptions of products and services
Use only images that accurately represent their offerings
Keep pricing information current and accurate
Update availability status promptly
Not list prohibited items (illegal goods, counterfeit products, etc.)

3. Homemade Food Sellers - Special Requirements

CRITICAL: If you sell homemade food, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for food safety and hygiene
You must comply with all local health department regulations
You must obtain any required food handling permits or licenses
You are responsible for proper food storage, preparation, and handling
You must accurately disclose all ingredients and potential allergens
Byeasily is NOT liable for any food safety issues or health concerns

4. Lead Handling

When you receive a lead through Byeasily:

Respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours
Communicate professionally and respectfully
Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and delivery
Complete all transactions directly with the buyer

5. Payments and Transactions

You understand that:

Byeasily collects payment from the buyer upfront on your behalf
Once your order is completed and delivered, the payment (minus 8% commission) is transferred to you
You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and accurate manner
You are responsible for any disputes or refunds related to your products
Subscription fees for Byeasily are separate from your product sales and commission

6. Fees and Commissions

Current fee structure:

8% commission on all completed orders — applied to the total order amount
Commission is only charged when an order is confirmed and completed through the platform
Monthly subscription fees apply based on your chosen plan (separate from commission)
Featured listing and promotion fees may apply
No upfront fees — you only pay commission when you make a sale

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Byeasily may suspend or terminate your seller account if you:

Violate this agreement or Terms of Service
Receive multiple complaints from buyers
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Fail to maintain required licenses or permits
List prohibited items

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Byeasily, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your products or services
Your violation of any laws or regulations
Your breach of this agreement
Any disputes with buyers

9. Intellectual Property

By posting content on Byeasily, you:

Confirm you own or have rights to all posted content
Grant Byeasily a license to use your content for platform purposes
Agree not to infringe on others' intellectual property

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
