Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1 — From inside the app

If you can still log in to the Byeasily app, open your profile or settings and tap "Delete Account". Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account, seller profile, listings, messages, and orders will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Email request

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email requesting account deletion to:

Include the email address registered on your Byeasily account so we can locate it. We process deletion requests within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your user account and login credentials
• Seller profile, business details, and bank information
• All listings, images, and reviews you created
• Messages, orders, leads, and favorites

Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
